Our platform allows professionals, volunteers and organisations supporting the Armed Forces community across the South-East of England to connect, share information, and access resources. All membership registrations will be checked and approved before access to the system is granted. We are committed to protecting your personal data and respecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

We use your information to create and manage your membership account, provide access to the membership system, connect you with other professionals and volunteers (if you choose), communicate with you about your account, send optional updates (only if you consent), improve our services, and comply with legal requirements. Our main lawful bases under UK GDPR are legitimate interests, consent, and legal obligations. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us to delete your subscription.
